Pakistani Passport Status Tracking
You can track Pakistani passport status through SMS and the official website.
Through SMS:
Type 11 digits token ID (printed on token receipt) on the write message option on mobile phone and send it to 9988 within Pakistan).

Through Web:
User Login must be created to track passport. Applicants can check the Status (only 3 Times-Per-Day) free of cost which is processed within last 3 months.
Steps:
1. Create a user by visiting http://tracking.dgip.gov.pk/CreateUser.aspx
2. Login with user name and password on http://tracking.dgip.gov.pk/Login.aspx
3. Enter 11 digits Token Id, printed on token receipt

The tracking website http://tracking.dgip.gov.pk is not working for some time. Please visit the government website http://dgip.gov.pk for passport information.

Passport Complaints
Passport applicant may launch complaint at http://complaint.dgip.gov.pk/ in case facing issue.
New Complaint
Visit http://complaint.dgip.gov.pk/index.php?a=add to launch your new complaint regarding passport. You will get a Complaint tracking ID for the launched complaint, remember and save this tracking ID and its better to copy-past somewhere to track the complaint status.
Passport Complaint Status
Visit http://complaint.dgip.gov.pk/ticket.php enter the Complaint tracking ID to view the status of the existing complaint about passport.
