Footage taken from Helicopter when police used excessive force in a violent end to a chase. Cops trailed a man through central Massachusetts Wednesday, 11-May-2016. The pursuit ended in Nashua, New Hampshire, where police appeared to beat the suspect who was wanted on outstanding warrants. Investigations are underway into whether abuse of power by police.
