Now a days, there is no concept of fare meters in rickshaw & taxis in Pakistan and India etc. Even that meters are not found in these hiring vehicles, if available then said to be out of function.
This girl insisted on to reach her destination on meter generated fare and on resistance of rickshaw driver, she says to keep staying herself in the rickshaw and if someone comes she will keep singing song, and at last, driver had to surrender.
By passing meter has become one of the widely spread consumer crime and traffic police and related departments has closed their eyes and the criminal negligence creating new and wrong traditions which affect on other aspects of life and causing increase in social injustice.
