Alumnus is singular for a male graduate (masculine).

Alumni is plural for male graduates (masculine).

Alumna is singular for a female graduate (feminine).

Alumnae is plural for female graduates (feminine).


Alumni collectively used for all genders/sex graduates either men women or a mixed group of both.
