Why to boil eggs in tea or coffee

Eggs are consumed comparatively much more in winter season than in summer and consumed with tea keep the body warm and away to caught by cold, cough and flu.

There are two ways to do this. Brew the tea or coffee water, boil the eggs in separate water for better hygiene.

But you may get free calcium if boil eggs in tea or coffee water, boiled for brewing.

If you boil eggs with brewing tea or coffee water, the calcium in egg shells is deposited in the tea and coffee.

So get extra source for your bones, teeth and avoid osteoporosis.

If anyone reluctant for from eggs shells being toxic or virus and bacteria container, clean the eggs thoroughly and carefully.

This is also beneficial because sunshine is low and available in winter for short time as compared to in summer.
