429. That's an error: Spamming bug in Google?

Google detects my web request as spam were as I sent first since morning. Google didn't even provide captcha.

429. That's an error.
We're sorry, but you have sent too many requests to us recently. Please try again later.
That's all we know.

This is not happening first not even first device, this response from google experienced in different devices including laptops, different mobile phones.

This error bug also received in different platforms of Google applications like YouTube, trends etc.

Solution to fix problem

Error may be due to genuine reason, repeat follow these steps:

Clear browser Cache

Clear browser cookies particularly all related to google

Restart internet Modem or Mobile data.

Make sure computer or mobile is not sending requests.

Monitor the internet activity with a network traffic monitoring tool like Wireshark etc.

How resolved

I repeated the above steps but without repeating the steps above, the error disappears and show the related screen. Sometimes error deosn't appear even repeating the steps above. This is why I declared this as Google bug.
