NADRA starts operating new heirship or succession certificate with new system of Letter of Administration & succession certificate since today 21-Jan-2021.
In case of death of property owner, property including bank accounts and vehicles, if their is no challenge then NADRA will provide heir or succession certificate after two weeks to allow transfer of property, vehicles and money in bank accounts etc. to legal heirs as successors.
New heirship certificate system will lead to end or minimize the illegal occupation and property disputes after the death of property owners or fake transfers to fraudulent heirs and succession claimers.
