In a Chinese shopping mall, local mother was going to upper floor through escalator when the floor just after the escalator's step suddenly broken and she swallowed inside and died but threw her son away from the escalator before crushed.
This accident raised may question regarding fitness and maintenance of the escalator and making the scene suspicious as two staff girls were already standing in front of the escalator who captured son form mother's hand. Also escalator was not immediately stopped as they kept running, if they would stopped, her life might be saved as shed take long enough to be swallowed to stop the escalator.
