Some people epxress their feelings complaining hurdles in their marriage. Knotting is also mentioned in Quran in Surah Al-Falaq:
وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ
And from the evil of those who blow on knots.
Al-Falaq 113:4
In Fajar salat (pray), after offering two sunnahs(سنت) and before two farz (فرض), recite Sura-e-Ikhlas 44 times. Keep repeating for 49 days.
Or, in Isha salat (pray) before offering witar recite the verse number 36 of Surah-e-Yaseen 49 times for 44 days:
سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ الْأَزْوَاجَ كُلَّهَا مِمَّا تُنبِتُ الْأَرْضُ وَمِنْ أَنفُسِهِمْ وَمِمَّا لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
Glory be to Him Who created pairs of all things, of what the earth grows, and of their kind and of what they do not know.
Al-Yasin 36:36
