Following are the Hadiths with references about three hundred and sixty joints in human body and their distribution according to modern science.
Ummul Momineen Aisha (Radi Allah Anha) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
Every one of the children of Adam has been created with three hundred and sixty joints; so he who declares the Glory of Allah, praises Allah, declares Allah to be One, Glorifies Allah, and seeks forgiveness from Allah, and removes stone, or thorn, or bone from people's path, and enjoins what is good and forbids from evil, to the number of those three hundred and sixty joints, will walk that day having saved himself from the Fire.
Abu Taubah said: Perhaps he said: 'Will reach the evening.'

Narrated Abu Buraydah (Radi Allah Anhu):
I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: A human being has three hundred and sixty joints for each of which he must give alms. The people asked him: Who is capable of doing this ? He replied: It may be mucus in the mosque which you bury, and something which you remove from the road; but if you do not find such, two rak'ahs in the forenoon will be sufficient for you.

Ibn 'Abbas (Radi Allah Anhu) said:
There are 360 joints and each of them owes sadaqa every single day. Every good word is sadaqa. A man's helping his brother is sadaqa. A drink of water which he gives is sadaqa. Removing something harmful from the road is sadaqa."

Abu Hurairah (Radi Allah Anhu) reported:
Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, Every day the sun rises charity (Sadaqah) is due on every joint of a person: you administer justice between two men is a charity; and assisting a man to mount his beast, or helping him load his luggage on it is a charity; and a good word is a charity; and every step that you take (towards the mosque) for Salat (prayer) is a charity and removing harmful things from the road is a charity

In Muslim, it is reported on the authority of 'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) that Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
Everyone of the children of Adam has been created with three hundred and sixty joints; so he who declares the Glory of Allah (i.e., saying Allahu Akbar), praises Allah (i.e., Al-hamdu lillah), declares Allah to be One (i.e., La ilaha illallah), glorifies Allah, and seeks forgiveness from Allah (i.e., Astaghfirullah), and removes stone, or thorn, or bone from people's path, and enjoins good and forbids evil, to the number of those three hundred and sixty, will walk that day having rescued himself from Hell".

Modern research since 1995
Before 1995 science could discover 340 joints in the human body. In 1995 proved that the internal ear consists of 10 joints each (made up of cartilaginous matter). So, including 20 joints of both ears the discovery was made that the human body consists of 360 joints.

The last Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) pinpointed the number of joints fourteen centuries ago while modern anatomy came to assert this scientific fact about two decades ago.
