The capital of the super power country in the world, United States of America, affected by flood so that it's metro transit subway filled with water and passengers had to soak their legs in the water.
Flash flooding overwhelms the Cleveland Park, rapid transit station on the Red Line, yesterday turned the escalators into waterfalls and forcing passengers to slog through standing water. Red Line trains bypassed the station for about two hours during the flooding.
