Mobilink commiting corporate crimes as extortion from customers?

Once again I lost my balance due to fraudulent tactics of Mobilink Jazz.

I just received two SMS (messages) from 6381, one after other, saying:

xxxx is your One Time Pasword for verification for GPL Service. Do not share it with anyone.

and just next was

Thanks for subscribing to GPL at Rs 5.98/Day (Auto Renewal). Play live Games on http://gpl.gamenow.com.pk. To STOP reply NO or click http://gpl.gamenow.com.pk/u

Is the new way of extortion by Mobilink?

My experience with Mobilink Jazz is bitter regarding balance, particularly, whenever my balance is more than usual. What the hell is this?

I didn't subscribed to any kind of such bullshit as I even didn't know about this subscription prior to the SMS.

Once I tried to register complaint at PTA, the process and the form was such a complex or falsely complex that the complaining is not an easy deal.

PTA is getting their cut?
