This is not the story of one country, people are being fooled and ignored worldwide. Katanga province in the Democratic Republic of Congo is rich in minerals, including diamonds and gold, whereas mining companies giving taxes to government but no benefit to common man. People still away from basic necessities of electricity, water, education facilities etc.
