  • Natural born citizen of USA
  • Minimum age 35 years
  • USA resident for 14 years
  • Caucus and Primary

    Caucus and Primary are the first step:

    Caucus

    Each party members select a candidate for their party through discussions and votes

    Primary

    The party members vote for the best candidate in their party that will represent the party in presidential election

    National Conventions

    Step 2 is national conventions:

    Vice Presidential candidate

    Final presidential nominee

    Each party holds the national convention to select a final presidential nominee
