This is reply of another postNo
to hate speech and disrespect for any religion in the world. In their hundreds of thousands across Pakistan, Muslims from all walks of lives and different sects took to the streets to express their outrage over the caricatures of Prophet Muhammad, the most revered personality of the Islamic world.
These furious protesters are here to say NO
to what they call a subjective version of the freedom of speech, that they say has double standards. People here say that mutual-respect among faiths is the only solution to guarantee peace.
There were three protests rallies across Karachi alone including this rally that was organized by the country's largest politico religions party Jamat-e-Islami. They demanded the expulsion of French and US ambassadors from the country over their support of Charlie Hebddo magazine.
JI party Chief Siraj-ul-Haq also warned Chalie Hebbdo magazine that if it continued with its disrespect then it will face further reaction.
Also, in 2012 over Charlie Hebbdo's caricatures and a blasphemous movie, many violent protests were witnessed across Pakistan and the world. Once again the fear of unrest looms large since no measure has been taken by the international community to stop these acts of hate against faith.
