  • Anusha Rahman
  • Women Defeated in Elections but made MP and then Minister

There are examples of women who either not contested elections or defeated in the elections but assigned portfolios of ministers equal to the members elected through votes:

  • Shireen Mazari
  • Yasmin Rashid
  • Anusha Rahman
  • Criticism and Explanation

The answer to the explanation is given that since women are not given changes in Pakistan for this reason fixed seats are given to women.

This is a ridiculous argument given because in Pakistan and even in India where thousands or women are well-knwon actresses, singers, dancers even erotic song performers, the society allow them this all unfair professions but does not allow to be a politician? No, this not so, because women in Pakistan are privileged segment of society by any mean. This makes them enjoying ripped fruit instead of working hard (talking about majority). Since politics is a 24x7 job in Pakistan, India, Bangladesh where keep in touch with constituency and the public, stops them to involve in street-level politics.
