Unfortunately this tradition is around the world and education industry have become female dominated industry. This is another fact that this is very difficult for a male teacher to be consider by the management, if considered and appointed, his survival is as simple as of it's opposite gender i.e. female teachers. With a school teacher male, some time this is a challenge for him to run his kitchen with the salary and have to give tuition and search sources of income.
