This homemade food supplement is recommended for senor citizens how keep fasting particularly in summer and hot weather.
Ingredients:
Honey 1 table spoon
Cheez 1 table spoon
Olive oil 1 table spoon
Yogurt 1 table spoon
Dates 3 numbers
Mix them all and take off it in sehar and half if this in iftar.
Senior citizens of age 60+ will remain energetic and don't feel exhaust. This food will fulfil their body needs, overcome thirst, and keep the energy during fasting. Prefer food with curry, if bread is pour in curry this will digest sooner and will not feel hunger for longer.
Aged person should use of milk particularly half cup cow milk with adding same amount of water into it in sehar and in iftar. Avoid fried and oil food and keep using palenty of water.
