Teaching in Quran those who are Struggling for Islamic Governance

Whoever struggling or willing for caliphate or Islamic State, Quran gives lesson:

فَهَلْ عَسَيْتُمْ إِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ أَن تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْ‌ضِ وَتُقَطِّعُوا أَرْ‌حَامَكُمْ ﴿٢٢﴾

But if you held command, you were sure to make mischief in the land and cut off the ties of kinship!

پھر تم سے یہ بھی توقع ہے اگرتم ملک کے حاکم ہو جاؤ تو ملک میں فساد مچانے اور قطع رحمی کرنے لگو
