Tips to be More Productive at Work

I agree almost everything other than listening music with work may disturb your concentration so keep away particularly when on work.

Full Concentration

For a good mind, good thoughts are as obvious as water from rainstorm or snowflakes from snowfall. You can execute each thought always. This is better to concentrate on thoughts or task you have already decide and move on the track and go according to the plan. Even you are on shop, deal single customer at a time no matter how long the queue goes, get assistant but don't on board to two boats at a time.

Time Consumption

How much time you take is really matters. This is recommended that you set timer on mobile phone or any other gadget where ever possible. This refrain you from making things open ended.

Raw Draft

Raw sketch or draft of proposal help you to set a direction what you have to do in next hours.

Clear Work Area

Unnecessary objects may distract attention leading to compromise concentration towards the task being performed. Remove or keep out of sight stuff that is not related or required to the work you are performing.

Be Precised

Be precised and avoid giving length but clarity. Reader or listener loose attention with time as they read/listen ahead. First 3 lines and 30 seconds work more than rest of the 30 lines or 300 seconds. Shorter would get positive results, hopefully.

Get Pick up

Don't stop for first 15 minutes or so if some thoughts arrive to poke you that its not workable task or project, don't pay attention first. After a while you will have merits and demerits.

Stuck not to Stop

Do not stop if you get stuck on the task. Do discuss with concerned colleague boss, or upper hierarchy. as they may have solution, they had gone through the same issue or oversight by the task assigners. Move to next task, if not depended on the task you had stuck.

Light matters

Days are for work and nights are for rest. Difference between day and night is light and the darkness. If work area suffering from insufficient lights, this will lead to yawn and sleepy eyes.
