The US Court ruled that citizenship law is gender discrimination against fathers (male). Also the law treats mothers and fathers unfairly (giving extra benefit to mothers where as limitations imposed on fathers). This is obviously unconstitutional but since the women were getting benefit and men facing discrimination that's why no voice raised as usual.
