Online real state property verification is available on the official website of Board of Revenue, Sindh. You can check the land record by the name or by CNIC. This is useful either purchasing land or on rent to make sure the real owner and avoiding scams or fraud, following are the links:

There is no other official website that will let you know about the land record on the behalf of Board of Revenue, Sindh. Please avoid scamming website those ask your CNIC, Mobile Phone and other personal information to send spam messages and fraud with you as per my knowledge. This post will keep you updated when the the Sindh Govt. official website is back & up and start working fine.
